Ivan Parente is a singer, songwriter, actor and voice actor. He started his artistic career in 1987, at elementary school festivals. He participated in programs such as "Safenados e Safadinhos" with a presentation by Fausto Silva on TV Bandeirantes. From 1992 to 1995 he was part of the band "Madalenna 19" with Fernando Anitelli and Danilo Souza and performed at nightclubs such as the extinct "Victoria Pub". From 1996 to 1998 he was part of the band "Beltane" with Jarbas Homem de Mello and Diogo Poças. In 2003 he joined the group "O Teatro Mágico", by Fernando Anitelli, where he participated in songs such as "A Pedra Mais Alta", "Sina Nossa", "Nosso Pequeno Castelo", among others, and participates until today in concerts in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
He has been a musical theater actor in Brazil since 1996 and has participated in productions such as "Les Misérables" - being awarded by her -, "The Drowsy Chaperone", "The Wizard of Oz", "The Man of La Mancha", "Godspell", "Ópera do Malandro", "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown" and "Silvio Santos Vem Aí". He is also a voice actor for Disney in musical films such as the live-actions "Beauty and the Beast" (Lumiére) and "Lion King" (Timão), and is part of the cast of the novel "As Aventuras de Poliana", by SBT, in the role of bedel singer Lindomar Gomes.
