Mike Massy was born on the 31st of March 1982, and grew up fascinated by the inimitable voice of Feyrouz, the nostalgic melodies of Zaki Nassif, and the poetry and authenticity of Jacques Brel and Charles Aznavour texts.
Despite the unstable situation in Lebanon, he started piano courses at the age of nine. In 1996 he joined the National High Conservatory of Music where he specialized in Arabic Opera and classical piano.
His passion for theatre led him to join the Faculty of Fine Arts where he obtained his degree in Dramatic art and theatre studies.
For over 10 years and simultaneously with his theatre studies, Mike Massy followed Jazz Ballet classes along with body awareness practices, which positioned him as a complete performer on stage.
As a multitalented performer, producer, composer, songwriter, pianist, and outstanding singer, Mike Massy has collaborated with the most important artists in the Middle Eastern and worldwide music scene.
From Lebanon to Egypt, Syria to Abu Dhabi, Algeria to Morocco, and from the Netherlands to Italy through Belgium, Bulgaria, New York, Washington, Stanford University in California, Germany, France, etc. Mike Massy has participated in big festivals, performed in prestigious halls and toured with internationally known musicians and artists.
His talent as an actor was soon noticed by both filmmakers and directors. That’s how he was offered many roles in TV series, TV films, short films, plays and musicals.
In addition to his music career, Massy is a voice coach; he also founded Voice Matters, the workshop for human voice discovery.

In 2003 Mike Massy released his first album of spiritual hymns “Anta Houriyati”, which was re-mastered and released digitally in 2016.
In 2008, he composed the music of the documentary “Itsy Bitsy Spider” by Tanya Nasr.
In 2011 Mike Massy released his first official album “Ya Zaman” (O Good Old Days) for which he won the Murex d’Or for innovation in music for the Middle East and North Africa.
In 2012 he wrote the original soundtrack of Joe Bou Eid’s controversial feature film “Tannoura Maxi”.
In 2013 he wrote the original soundtrack of “Silent Spring” by Antoine Nassif.
In 2014 he released “Naseej” in collaboration with Sary and Ayad Khalifé.

2009 “Sayf w Layl”, an album featuring the Lebanese singer Nada, combines oriental melodies with Latin and jazz arrangements from the 1950s.

2015 “Maaleish” featuring Lebanese singer Yvonne El Hachem.
2015 “ Ma nsit” featuring Lebanese icon Remi Bendali.
