K2T (born Karan Ponnuthurai) is an electronic music producer, and the label owner of Detached Audio. He primarily creates Drum & Bass, in addition to a variety of styles such as garage, hip hop and house music.
K2T's music over the years has seen support from the likes of Monrroe, Random Movement, Dossa & Locuzzed and Was A Be to name just a few, due to his versatility and penchant for organic sounds to create nostalgic sounding music. He also livestreams music production sessions live on Twitch where he'll accept challenges from his viewers, which have resulted in a number of experimental creations. His music has seen release on a number of labels including his very own Detached Audio, as well as Bay 6 Recordings, Drum Army, Headsbass, Calibrate, Tesseract Recordings and many more.
K2T's main ethos is to have fun with music and to not be bound by any restrictions - anything goes in K2T's world and everybody is welcome to enjoy this world!
