Ed Lopes is emerging as a prominent DJ and producer in Brazil's flourishing Techno scene, with over 20 releases in the past four years and multiple support from top artists across the globe.
Specializing in Melodic Techno, Prog House, Techno, and Indie Dance, Ed has collaborated with prestigious labels such as Astral Records, IAMT, 3000Grad, Hiato, Ame Records, and Panda Lab.
His recent single "Indie Boy" achieved #45 on Beatport’s Melodic Techno charts, while his EP "Topology" reached top #2 of the genre and his EP “Chaos Theory” hit the #1 spot among global Indie Dance releases.
Supported by leading artists like Tale of Us, Solomun, Agents Of Time, ANNA, Mind Against, and Kevin de Vries, Ed’s tracks have been played at major events including Afterlife, Awakenings, Resistance, Tomorrowland, and Zamna, as well as top clubs in more than 40 countries.
Ed has also released five live sets, including Boiler Room-style performances and the breathtaking “Above the Clouds”, all of them on Youtube.
As a DJ, Ed performs at major festivals and clubs worldwide, including Universo Paralello, DGTL, Réveillon de Carneiros, Burning Man, and D-Edge, with gigs from the United States to Europe, Africa, and Asia.
