The 34-year-old country singer stunned in a tiny black string bikini that left little to the imagination.
The girls' trip comes just over six months after Maren — who is a longtime LGBTQ ally — proudly came out as bisexual.
Her holiday south of the border also comes a year after she finalized her divorce from fellow singer Ryan Hurd.
Maren opted to skip the sand and surf and instead cooled off in the shade at a resort further back on the beach while sipping from a freshly cut coconut.
The brunette beauty rocked a middle part and had her long locks fanned out to her lower back.

She appeared to get chilly in her skimpy swimsuit at one point, so she slipped into a long black top.
Most of Maren's friends favored more conservative suits, though they also appeared to be dressed in black.
They had some Topo Chico hard seltzer drinks resting next to the lounge chairs, and Maren also appeared to have an electrolyte drink to help stay hydrated while boozing it up on vacation.
The ladies enjoyed some time lounging on the beach furniture and snapping photos for Instagram, which the songstress posted later in the day.
