Alan Dershowitz to SUE Kennedy nepo baby Jack Scholssberg over unhinged social media comments
Alan Dershowitz is planning to sue Kennedy heir Jack Schlossberg for a series on unhinged social media comments.
The only grandson of John F. Kennedy shared videos online falsely accusing Harvard professor Dershowitz of killing his wife.
'I hope he will preserve all of his documents because I am about to commence a legal action against him,' Dershowitz told the Post.
'My lawyers have advised me now that I have a viable defamation action.'
Dershowitz, who worked as an attorney for Schlossberg's late great uncle Senator Ted Kennedy, has been married to Carolyn Cohen since 1986.
During a bizarre rant on social media, Schlossberg said: 'Alan Dershowitz if you can hear me I need your help, I’ve been trying to reach out to you.
'I’m in deep s**t, dude. I’m all over the Epstein documents, there’s all sorts of credible evidence.
'Everyone knows I killed my wife, I’ve got a thousand sexual assault cases against me, I look like a human penis. I’m completely irrelevant and I’ve never had consensual sex.

'Oh wait, s**t, that’s you.'
The comments came at a time the 32,-year-old was reported to have ignited 'an embarrassing earthquake' within the Kennedy family over his bizarre presence on social media.
Elsewhere, he denounced cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 71, and attacked conservative journalist Megyn Kelly.
He later deleted his accounts on X and Instagram, issuing an apology for his online behavior.
'I'm sorry to everyone I hurt. I was wrong,' he wrote in his final post. 'I'm deleting all my social media. Forever. It's been fun. Thanks anyways everyone.'

But he returned to social media this week with yet another message for Dershowitz.
Posing alongside a skeleton prop, Schlossberg said: 'I’m legally obligated to inform you that Alan Dershowitz didn’t kill his wife who is alive.
'Just kidding I’m not legally obligated to say that bc Alan Dershowitz only threatened to sue me.'
Dershowitz, in his capacity as a lawyer, has helped to represent Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein, among other high profile clients.
He also was part of Donald Trump's legal team when he fought the 2020 impeachment charges.
