What to watch on Netflix in February 2025: From Robert De Niro's first ever TV series to the new series of Love Is Blind

Like clockwork, the February cold snap has arrived – and there’s not a single social event that could make us brave this weather for an evening out. Instead, we’ll be spending the winter nights curled up on the sofa, glass of wine in hand (see ya, dry Jan) while watching some great TV.

Luckily, there are plenty of stellar series and films heading to Netflix in time for our winter hibernation. From a new Amy Schumer comedy to Robert De Niro's TV debut, here’s what we’ll be watching this month.

Kinda Pregnant – Release date: 5th February

Amy Schumer returns with her latest comedy, starring as Lainy, a woman who gets so jealous of her best friend’s pregnancy she starts to wear a fake bump. The twist? She then coincidentally meets the man of her dreams – and has to think up how she'll explain her distinct lack of a baby. 

Apple Cider Vinegar – Release date: 6th February

Set around the birth of Instagram, Apple Cider Vinegar follows two young women who set out to cure their life-threatening illnesses through health and wellness, influencing their global online followers along the way. All of which would be incredibly inspiring… if only it were true.

Based on real events, this is the story of the rise and fall of a wellness empire, the culture that built it up and the people who struggled to bring it down.

Surviving Black Hawk Down – Release date: 10th February

This hard-hitting documentary explores the horror and heroism behind the real-life events that inspired Ridley Scott’s blockbuster movie Black Hawk Down. It’s a blend of raw, immersive storytelling and first-person interviews from both sides of the Battle of Mogadishu, and is a total must-watch for anyone interested in military history.

Love Is Blind (Season 8) – Release date: 14th February

It’s back again (and on Valentine’s Day, no less!). Singles fed up with the dating landscape get engaged without setting eyes on each other, before moving in together and planning their wedding. But will the emotional bond they form in the pods be strong enough to prove love, in the modern world, can still be blind?

American Murder: Gabby Petito – Release date: 17th February

In August 2021, 22-year-old Gabby Petito was killed by her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, while the young couple were travelling (and documenting their journey) across America. Two months later, Laundrie was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

This captivating documentary takes viewers through Gabby and Brian’s final days together, unveiling the tragic reality behind their Insta-perfect life and deciphering just how much Brian’s parents knew about their son’s heinous act.

Zero Day – Release date: 20th February

Robert De Niro makes his TV debut as former President George Mullen in this thriller about a nationwide cyberattack that kills thousands. As disinformation runs rampant and the US government heads towards collapse, Mullen’s unwavering search for the truth forces him to confront his own dark secrets while risking all he holds dear.

Running Point – Release date: 27th February

When a scandal forces her brother to resign, Isla Gordon (Kate Hudson) is appointed president of the Los Angeles Waves, one of the US’s leading professional basketball franchises. Ambitious and often overlooked, Isla will have to prove to her skeptical brother, the board and basketball fans she was the right choice for the job. Mindy Kaling has produced the series, so expect plenty of laughs.
