Circuit uses pre-signed transactions to move assets out of danger.
Register assets and backup wallet with Circuit.
Circuit creates and stores immutable pre-signed transaction.
Wallet compromised.

How It Works
AAE runs in two modes: Normal Operation and Emergency Recovery.
Where assets should move if failure occurs: e.g. qualified custody, HSMs, insurers, or alternative MPC wallets.
Automatically signed using your existing infra, then stored securely by Circuit.
Circuit monitors changes in balances and state to ensure pre-signed transactions remain executable.
Pre-signed transactions are stored securely, not broadcast to the blockchain.
Activated automatically (e.g. cyberattack, internal collusion) or manually (e.g. custodian outage, technology failure).
Recovery is gated by seperate, policy-defined paths (e.g MFA, quorum)
The most recent, valid transaction are broadcast, moving assets to safe-haven without accessing private keys.
