Door-to-door fundraising queries

If you need to contact us outside office hours about door-to-door fundraising, call 07977 271614.

This number is only for queries about door-to-door fundraising. It’s not available for shop and store enquiries.

You can text or leave us a voicemail. We aim to reply to urgent queries within 20 minutes.

This line is open at these times:

Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9.30pm
Saturday, 12 noon to 9.30pm
