'It's in black and white, there's no hiding anymore'
A landmark report has been published into the scandal which has seen 30,000 people infected with hepatitis C and HIV while receiving NHS treatment between the 1970s and 1990s.
A public inquiry into the issue found that victims were repeatedly failed, with evidence of a cover-up.
Among those speaking to BBC Breakfast this morning was Lizzy Jaw. She said her mother would still be alive if she had not been infected, and the report lays out what happened "in black and white".
