Ten officers injured during Londonderry disorder
Ten police officers have been injured during several hours of disorder in Londonderry.
The trouble began in Nailors Row, off Bishop Street, on Saturday evening.
A crowd of nationalist youths threw petrol bombs, fireworks and stones towards officers dressed in riot gear.
The disorder followed a major policing operation in the city earlier on Saturday for an annual parade by the Apprentice Boys' of Derry.
The parade, one of the biggest in the marching calendar, had passed off without incident.
PSNI Derry City and Strabane Supt William Calderwood described the violence that followed as "disgusting".
