After a long search, I've finally found a pillow that I really like!
This one remains firm after laying on it for awhile, and does not give way beneath your head & neck when it gets warmed, like so many memory foam pillows do.
The first night I slept on it, it was VERY firm. But, I have gotten used to it, and maybe it has also gotten a bit more soft. But now, after using it for a week, I can say I really like it.
On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is very soft and 10 is very firm, I would rate this one at an 8.5 or 9.
I do hope it keeps it firmness for a long time.
I am writing this review on 10/12/24. If I remember, and am able to come back and edit this, I will update this review in a few months (or even a year) to share how long and how well it held up for me.

Great support but more like a extra firm pillow
These are a little different than my older one. Now in the description it says this pillow is firm but on a little photo that shows you the firmness chart it's right in between medium and firm. So that's kind of misleading I mean I had one that showed medium and I had to send it back because it was so squishy you'd wake up in the middle of the night and your head would pretty much be laying on the bed you sunk down into it so far and this shows it's one notch above that but this is extra extra firm. Now if you're a side sleeper and you need a crazy supportive pillow I mean something this firm will provide support if you find the size pillow that's correct for you. But I think these are shaped slightly different than my old one and they're definitely firmer than my own one I don't ever remember the old one being this hard I mean I'm sure they'll break in a little bit after you use them a little bit, most pillows do but yeah this thing is what I would consider a extra firm pillow and I like a firm pillow. But this is by far the firmest pillow I have ever seenThese are great pillows if you like the shape and the firmness but it's a little misleading in my opinion most firm pillows are not this firm I do feel like this is more of an extra firm. Maybe a little soften up a little bit after I break it in not sure but personally I like a firm pillow

A month into it I decided to wash the outside cover and notice some black specs in between the sealed protective case and the foam, so I when to Amazon exchange/return and was directed to Tempur-Pedic website and 888 number, which I did.
After days of emails back and forth they told me that because I purchased it from Amazon I have to get in touch with Amazon, and because Amazon is third party ( which I made sure to purchase from Tempur-Pedic store on Amazon) the 5 year warranty is voided.
So now this emailing back and forth put me out of my exchange/return period and Amazon "can't do anything for me".
This purchase left me very frustrated, disappointed and very confused as I did as directed. The misinformation about this store and their products is at every step of the way.
It feel like when you tried to do something good for yourself ( "healthy/quality" pillow at a high price), you are been taking advantage of.

This pillow is very nicely supportive. It’s quite firm so you’ll need to get used to it. There are two neck heights! As a short, petite person, I use the side with the shorter neck height with no problem.
I’m a mostly back and sometimes side sleeper. Sleeping on the side is a little bit awkward because your arm can’t really go under the pillow easily. But I don’t consider it a deal breaker.
