Timopoetin
Timopoietin (inglizcha: thymopoietin) - bu inson geni [1] va uning oqsil mahsuloti, gormon hisoblanib, ayrisimon bez hujayralarida sintezlanadi va CD90 differentsiatsiya klasterining T-limfotsitlarining differentsiatsiyasini nazorat qilishda ishtirok etadi. Timopoietin genining pre-mRNKsi alternativ splaysingdan o'tadi va 3 xil mRNK va shunga mos ravishda oqsilning 3 xil shakli - 75 kDa (alfa shakli), 51 kDa (beta shakli) va 39 kDa (gamma shakli) hosil bo'ladi, ular barcha hujayralarda ifodalanadi . Insonning timopoietin geni 12-xromosomada (12q22 mintaqasi) joylashgan va 8ta ekzondan iborat.
Oqsilning alfa-shakli limfotsitlar yadrosida, beta va gamma shakllari esa yadro membranasida joylashgan. Beta-shakl oqsil lamin B1 va xromosomalarni bog'lash orqali yadro arxitekturasini tartibga solishda muhim rol o'ynaydigan sichqon oqsili LAP2 ning (lamin bilan bog'langan polipeptid 2) gomologidir. Ushbu o'zaro ta'sir mitoz paytida fosforillanish yo'li bilan tartibga solinadi.
