The Thunderhawk is a special vehicle developed by M.A.S.K. While on the surface a seemingly ordinary Chevrolet Camaro, the Thunderhawk can transform into a flying gull-winged jet fighter. It is primarily piloted by Matt Trakker.

Island Revolution!
Action Force member Skymate borrowed the Thunderhawk from Specialist Trakker in order to get his G.I. Joe allies Ripcord and Air Raid off of Cobra Island. Island Revolution!
2005 IDW continuity
A prototype Thunderhawk was parked outside the Project Spectrum base when the recruits showed up, with Sly Rax mocking the third-generation Camaro's antiquity. When Miles Mayhem welcomed the recruits, a holographic image of the Thunderhawk was projected to show the recruits the kind of tech with which they would fight the Cybertronians.
A year later, Matt Trakker flew a new model of the Thunderhawk to G.I. Joe headquarters, passing the prototype, now battered and scarred, on his way out of the base. M.A.S.K.: Revolution Setting up shop in the basement of the Joes' Governor's Island facility, Trakker carried out maintenance on the Thunderhawk, before driving it into battle against the Transformers Kup and Aileron in Greece, driving near Kup before converting into flight mode to take on Aileron. During the subsequent skirmish, Thunderhawk took weaponsfire from the younger Autobot but survived unscathed. The Divine Source of Liberty Back on Governor's Island, Trakker deployed in the Thunderhawk when Kup broke out with Action Man's help. Mayhem ordered Trakker to fire maximum power, but Trakker expressed doubts to Mainframe, who then ordered a firing sequence from Chinese laser satellites. The Modern World
Trakker flew the Thunderhawk once more in M.A.S.K.'s assault on Autobot City. The New Colossus During the battle, Thunderhawk had its windshield destroyed by the Micronaut Acroyear and was sliced in half by a Dire Wraith-empowered Baron Karza. However, it was ultimately recovered by G.I. Joe for Matt to repair. Valley Forge
When M.A.S.K. became compromised and hunted by the authorities, Trakker drove the Thunderhawk in the team's escape from Project Spectrum HQ. M.A.S.K. #1 When M.A.S.K. was attacked by V.E.N.O.M. at Harrison's Cave in Barbados, the Thunderhawk engaged the Switchblade in aerial combat. M.A.S.K. #2
