Tōru Ōkawa

Tōru Ōkawa (大川 透 Ōkawa Tōru born February 28, 1960) is a Japanese voice actor born who currently works for the talent agency Mausu Promotion, and some of his more notable roles include Roy Mustang in the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Nyx in Neo Angelique Abyss, Saitō in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Death Scythe in Soul Eater and the narrator of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
In the world of dubbing, he has played Coach McGuirk in Home Movies, the March Hare in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, Edward Malus (Nicholas Cage) in the 2006 remake of The Wicker Man, Parker (Yaphet Koto) in the Director's Cut of Alien, Oscar the Grouch in The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland, Elim Garak (Andrew Robinson) in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Ra's Al Ghul (Ken Watanabe) in the DVD dub of Batman Begins, the Ventriloquist and Scarface in The Batman, Iago in Disney's House of Mouse, Aquaman in Superman: The Animated Series, Hunson Abadeer in Adventure Time and Benson in Regular Show.
