Road Police
From Transformers Wiki
- Road Police is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Road Police (ロードポリス Rōdo Porisu, aka Road-Police) is the warm-sparked commander of the Turbo Team, and also something of a handgun aficionado. He collects human personal firearms, even though they're way too small for him to use them himself, which is frustrating. He is a quick draw and an expert marksman, at least at close range. Circuit gets on his nerves.

Micromaster
Shortly after the Turbo Team's arrival on Earth, Road Police was captured by Decepticons and infected with the mind changer virus, which he later spread to Circuit, Neo-Wheel, Glide, and Discharge. The virus turned him into a Decepticon, and he went about causing random destruction with his teammates. Sireen tricked Road Police and the others into combining with him to form Sixturbo, then restored them all to normal with an antivirus program. Enter the Urban Disaster Relief Specialists!!
Later, he managed to catch Missile Run by surprise, but unfortunately the Decepticon had brought the rest of his team along and it ended up becoming a fight between Sixturbo and Sixwing. Enter the Decepticon Sixwing!!
Later still, Road Police and Glide's investigation of a mysterious Decepticon attack led to the discovery of Decepticon Sixbuilder. Sixbuilder the Ill-Fated Warrior!?

Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers
- Sixturbo (Micromaster Six-Team, 1992)
- ID number: TF-03
- Released in the Operation Combination portion of Takara's Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, Road Police transforms into an Acura NSX police car. He can also form the chest or back to any "kibble-jet" style Six-Team combiner (Sixwing and Sixbulder), as well as the back to either of the train combiners (Sixliner and Sixtrain), but his nominal placement is as the chest of Sixturbo.
- He was only available as part of a complete Sixturbo gift set, packed with his teammates Circuit, Discharge, Glide, Neo-Wheel, and Sireen.
- The original Six-Teams are considered among the more difficult Japanese Generation 1 pieces to find, due to their final-year release well after Transformers had faded from relevance in Japan, and thus command some hefty prices even with the molds' later re-releases.
- This mold was later used to make Universe Micromaster Prowl.
Micromaster
- Road Police (Micromaster, 2002)
- Sixturbo number: 1
- Accessories: Sixturbo chest & head
- In 2002, the entire Sixturbo team was re-released in the second wave of The Transformers: Micromaster, in individual boxes with a number visible to show which mold was inside each box. For this release, all of the decals from the original version were removed, and mostly replaced with paint applications, including several new bits of deco. Road Police changes pretty considerably, the most notable difference being his windows are now silver rather than black, in order to better match his now lighter-gray-plastic back window. He also loses the silver "POLICE" marking on his spoiler (none of the Micromaster releases have more complicated tampograph printing), but gains extra black paint on his doors/arms, plus his "lapels" and midriff are now silver. His orange-yellow paint has also been replaced with black on his hips and silver on his face (boo we like non-silver faces boo).
- On top of this, two out of every twelve toys in the shipping/display case were all-black-plastic, nigh-unpainted "Reverse Evolution"-mode chase figures with white Decepticon sigils. Even the combiner kibble was cast in black, albeit a little more dark-gunmetal.
War for Cybertron: Siege
- Autobots vs. Decepticons (Micromaster 10-pack, 2019)
- ID number: WFC-S58
- Siege "Road-Police" is a redeco of Stakeout, transforming from robot to vaguely Cybertronian-y police car. He can also combine with his pack-in teammate Wheel Blaze to form the "Powershot Plasma Cannon" blaster-weapon for larger figures to wield. As a part of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, their weapon mode can be attached to any toy with a 5 mm post-hole. "Fire Blasts" can also be attached to their barrels.
- Road-Police and Wheel Blaze were only available as part of a ten-pack of Micromasters, which also includes the Autobots Ground Shaker, Irontread, Overair, and Ricon, and the Decepticons Cratermaker, Fireline, Nightflight, and Slyhopper. This set was exclusive to Target in the USA.
- Road Police was later repainted into Holi.
Notes
- Road Police, like all of the six-team Micromasters, had no individual bio information whatsoever until his Micromaster release a decade after his original Operation Combination release.
