- The deserted Decepticon outpost is a building on Cybertron from the 2007 movie franchise of the live-action film continuity family.
The "deserted Decepticon outpost" is one of the many fortifications on Cybertron that the Decepticons have either built or confiscated during the war. The outer walls are arranged in a square around the main complex, with automated turrets on the corner towers providing the core of the outpost's external defense system.

Ironhide led a mission to rescue Longview from captivity inside the Decepticon outpost. When they were welcomed with a barrage of laser fire, his team was convinced they would be slaughtered by the battalion occupying the outpost. There was, however, only one Decepticon inside the outpost at that time because the Decepticon numbers were too small to sufficiently man every outpost they possessed. Ironhide had a feeling that was the case. While Skyblast provided cover fire and Signal Flare and Strongarm distracted the outpost's guard towers, Ironhide, Slipstream and Bumper got close to the outpost and found out the guard towers were automated. Ironhide destroyed the ones near the entrance, after which the team could easily shoot a way inside, subdue the one Decepticon present and free their comrade. Lost In Space 3: Ironhide
