Saroj Khan

Saroj Khan (born Nirmala Nagpal; 22 November 1948 – 3 July 2020) was an Indian dance choreographer in Hindi cinema.[1] She was born at the Bombay State (present day Maharashtra), India. She was known as "The Mother of Dance/Choreography in India". Her best known works was choreographing for Mr. India, Nagina and Chandni.

Khan died on 3 July 2020 from cardiac arrest at a Mumbai hospital, aged 71.[2][3][4]
