The Republican National Committee (RNC)[3] is a political committee that is a major part of the Republican Party based in the United States. It is responsible for developing and promoting the party's political platform.[4] The committee also helps assist in fundraising and election strategy. It is also responsible for organizing and running the Republican National Convention.
Michael Whatley is the current chairman of the Republican National Committee, in office since March 2024.[5]
