Manaslu (Nepali: मनास्लु, also known as Kutang) is the eighth tallest mountain of the world. It is located in Gorkha of Nepal. It's height is 8,163 metres (26,781 ft).[1] The name 'Manaslu' came from the Sanskrit word 'Manasa' which means 'spirit'.
