Lilian Harvey (born Helene Lilian Muriel Pape, 19 January 1906 – 27 July 1968) was an English-German actress and singer. She was best known for her role as Christel Weinzinger in Erik Charell's 1931 movie Der Kongreß tanzt. Harvey was born in London.

Harvey died of liver failure on 27 July 1968 in Juan-les-Pins, France at the age of 62.[1]
