Gurgen Egiazaryan

Gurgen Ambartsumovich Egiazaryan (29 September 1948 – 28 October 2020) was an Armenian politician and writer. He was born in Yerevan. From 1999 to 2003, he was a member of the Armenian Parliament.

In his later years he wrote three books, The Children of the Sun (2011), The Thief (2016) and The Wolf Knot Operation (2016).

Egiazaryan died on 28 October 2020, aged 72, of COVID-19, during the pandemic in Armenia.[1]
