Demaryius Antwon Thomas (December 25, 1987 – December 9, 2021) was an American football wide receiver. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons. He mainly played for the Denver Broncos.[1][2] With this team, Thomas made four Pro Bowls and won Super Bowl 50.
Thomas was found dead at his home in Roswell, Georgia, on December 9, 2021, at age 33.[3][4] He had health problems after a car crash in 2019.[5] In July 2022, his brain was examined and found it had stage 2 chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).[6]
