Glukan 1,3-alfa-glukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.84, ekso-1,3-alfa-glukanaza, glukozidaza II, 1,3-alfa-D-glukan 3-glukohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-alfa-D-glukan 3-glukohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih (1->3)-alfa-D-glukozidnih veza u (1->3)-alfa-D-glukanima
Ovaj enzim ne deluje na nigeran.
