Endoglikozilkeramidaza (EC 3.2.1.123, endoglikokeramidaza, EGCaza, glikozil-N-acetil-sfingozin 1,1-beta-D-glukanohidrolaza, oligoglikozilglukozilkeramid glikohidrolaza, oligoglikozilglukozil(1<->1)keramid glikohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom oligoglikosilglukozil-(1<->1)-keramid glikohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- oligoglikozilglukozil-(1<->1)-keramid + H2O keramid + oligoglikozilglukoza
Enzim iz Rhodococcus sp. Razlaže razne kisele i neutralne glikosfingolipide do oligosaharida i keramida.
