Alfa-N-acetilglukozaminidaza (EC 3.2.1.50, alfa-acetilglukozaminidaza, N-acetil-alfa-D-glukozaminidaza, N-acetil-alfa-glukozaminidaza, alfa-D-2-acetamido-2-dezoksiglukozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-N-acetil-D-glukozaminid N-acetilglukosaminohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih neredukujućih N-acetil-D-glukozaminskih ostataka u N-acetil-alfa-D-glukozaminidima
Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje UDP-N-acetilglukozamin.
