Yeah, it’s not like Guyana and Suriname are countries with their own immigration laws, that their inhabitants expect to be enforced. They’re always ready to accept anyone from a western country that needs a spot to lay low for a couple of years. How does the attacked country being a “paper tiger” influence your judgement of whether it’s shitty or not to attack it? Is it less shitty to attack a country because it’s perceived as being weaker? I know, it’s the part where you put an equivalence between the Zionist occupiers and the resistance to that illegal occupation. Regardless of the ideology of the occupied people, they have a right to armed resistance enshrined in international law. The occupier has zero rights in this context, just the responsibility to end the occupation and until then, provide for the needs of the occupied, which Israel has utterly disregarded on both accounts. So saying “both are as bad” in this context makes you a clear supporter of the Zionist atrocities, the resistance is exercising it’s human right to armed resistance to occupation. You know, like when jewish Partizans killed during WWII. Calling that equally as bad as the Nazis would in effect make you a Nazi supporter.
“The act of killing” plays that role for me. The most amazing movie I have ever watched, but I’ve just been able to watch it a handful of times. Haven’t gathered the courage to watch the follow up, “The look of silence” yet.

I’d say geographical size has very little to do with it, unless you think Canada is more diverse because of its size? Population size would probably be a better marker for this purpose.
Even in this fan fic version, that’s not anyway close to being on the table. A land invasion of Iran has zero chance of success. With bombing they might be able to spin it positively, but a land invasion of a country that large with the particular natural defences of Iran would be too dumb even for Trump I think.
