    “legally it would be considered a civil matter”

    One wonders how the officers on duty in that police station got their jobs.

    Any reasonable person would consider this to be harassment, warranting a restraining order at least.

      Yeah, seems odd. In cases like that, i’m always a little wary though before hearing more about the interaction.

      From a cops point of view, if someone comes in with a flyer like that, with no other information its a bit untraceable. But, even as I say it i don’t know, theres steps that seem like could’ve been taken.

      No cameras around they could have a look at? The person didn’t have any leads they might at least follow up? No fingerprints on the flyer itself? Seems unlikely there’d be nothing but the flyer.
