Man, fuck these movies for being “you can watch in any order”. Yeah, if you hate yourself. If you watch “To me” before “To you”, you get a coherent, double star-crossed lover story where circumstance pulls people apart. It’s good, poignant, and utterly devastating.

If you watch “To you” before “to me” you get an incoherent sci-fi babble fest where the main characters seemingly can’t commit to each other, only to find out its because of some stupid bullshit from a world they’re not even a part of.
