I can’t remember what I planted and now it’s growing. It’s not something I normally grow so I don’t recognize the leaves. It has some purpose. It’s not a flower. A fruit, veg or leafy green. Can someone help me?

Heya, do you know when is a good time to harvest it?
You can cut the baby leaves now but it’s better to let it grow big. Then you can just take off leaves as you need them and let the plant keep growing.
