Shipping policy

Any order from the website can only be delivered in Singapore. Orders placed on our website are fulfilled every working day at 5:30PM. If you place your order after this order cut off time, fulfillment of your order will be postponed to the next working day. If you validated your order through a PayNow payment, the fulfillment of your order can take up to two extra working days. Once fulfilled, your order is shipped via our own Ninja Van delivery service. The standard shipping method we currently offer is a regular doorstep delivery, that typically delivers your order within 1 to 3 working days after fulfillment. A delivery fee may apply as per our shipping policy below :

• Any order below $50 : $1.90 extra delivery fee applies
• Any order from $50 : free delivery
