The National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) is a federal program of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). NITAAC is an executive agent, authorized by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to acquire IT solutions for its own and all other federal agencies through its Best in Class (BIC) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicles.
The NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) was one of the first organizations delegated the authority from OMB to award and administer GWAC vehicles. NITAAC is an expert in helping federal customers award task and delivery orders against GWAC vehicles in a streamlined manner.
The NITAAC pool of pre-qualified Contract Holders have assisted practically every federal agency with their information technology (IT) efforts within the past 25 years. Those orders have included everything from computer buys to large enterprise infrastructure solutions.
