Urang Punjab (bahaso Punjab (Shahmukhi): پنجابی ; bahaso Punjab (Gurmukhi): ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) adolah kalompok etnik Indo-Arya nan acok dipauikkan jo wilayah Punjab di Asia Salatan, tautamo di balah utaro Anak Banuo nan kini tapacah manjadi Punjab Barat jo Punjab Timue. Urang Punjab babahaso Punjab, nan marupokan bahaso dari Rumpun bahaso Indo-Arya.[20]

Namo Punjab baarti ranah limo batang dalam Bahaso Persia: panj ("limo") āb ("aie").[21] Namo wilayah iko mulo-mulo dipakanakan jo panjajah Turko-Persia.[22] di Anak Banuo. Urang Punjab adolah kalompok etnik tabasa ka-7 di dunia dek jumlah panduduak.Templat:CN
