Veps articles and templates

Hello.

Can you translate and upload en:Azerbaijani Wikipedia, en:.az and en:Template:Lang-az in Veps Wikipedia? They should be short. I am interested in languages that are not spoken by many millions and/or are ancient and are not widespread on the internet.
