Kastiel sacrifices a target unit, restoring 33% of his maximum health and 10 energy per supply of the targeted unit. Kastiel gains 4 bonus damage per supply cost until he dies.

Cooldown: targeting an owned unit decreases the cooldown on Cull the Unworthy by half. Cooldown is dependent on the current health of the targeted unit.

Notes

Maximum stacks of Cull the Unworthy is 100, which can be increased to 150 with Soul Harvester Tier I and to 200 with Soul Harvester Tier II.
