OVERVIEW: La Garconne seeks a Director of Ecommerce who is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in DTC to devise and implement strategies resulting in increased productivity and revenues. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with Creative Director to develop the overall social strategy, including content, social activation and storytelling framework. - Create targeted email campaigns to promote products, announce promotions, and engage with customers. Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies for better customer engagement and conversion rates. - Liaise closely with Creative, Buying, and Inventory teams to create and maintain the daily online product upload schedule and corresponding newsletter schedule based on weekly vendor deliveries. - Oversee photoshoots and ensure that product copy and assets for all scheduled items to be published, along with accompanying newsletters are completed on a timely basis. - Prepare reports assessing performance of marketing initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of strong track record in Ecommerce management in the luxury apparel DTC marketplace strongly preferred. - In-depth experience with social media channels as well as optimizing SEO, CRO, PPC, ROI Analytics and email marketing. - Minimum of 5 years experience as buyer for luxury RTW and accessories. - Highly analytical mindset and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign ROI goals, and make adjustments to key performance drivers. - Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and industry best practices. - Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury fashion, magazine and/or fashion editorial office highly preferred. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

OVERVIEW: La Garconne is seeking a well-rounded Sales Associate on a part-time/full-time basis, experienced with high-end designer merchandise for its Amagansett store. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Uphold the company image by maintaining a professional demeanor, grace and sense of formality at all times. - Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to maintain day to day operations i.e., fulfilling online orders, check in new merchandise, steam, restock sold items, etc. - Work with clients to accommodate their needs and wants - always maintaining the brand’s high standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships i.e., consistent communication - new deliveries, pack and wrap sales plus process expedite shipping, follow-up and follow-through on closed sales - Always maintain the standards of the sales floor - evenly spaced hanging merchandise, folded items are uniform and correct - this also applies to all stock & storage areas. - Assist with inventory, special events and special projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience, 2-4 years in high-end luxury Women's RTW and shoes/handbags; interest in art a plus. - Solid understanding of various designer DNA i.e., Margaret Howell, Comme Des Garcons, Casey Casey, Marsèll and The Row. - Team oriented with a sensitivity to take initiative and help colleagues. - Special understanding of Customer Service needs and client priorities with a sense of discretion, formality and grace. - Excellent interpersonal/communication skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively. - Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and holidays. - Bilingual a plus, but not necessary.

OVERVIEW: La Garconne offers an exciting and challenging internship opportunity for students seeking experience in marketing, product copy,storytelling, styling, customer service, inventory management, merchandising and buying.
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Social Media Intern - Assist in creative and market research to support La Garconne's brand identity. - Assist in creating moodboards and presentations. - Sourcing materials and vendors for creative projects. - Assist the supervisor by helping to address the department's administrative duties. - Requires an in-depth knowledge of fashion history, current fashion events, art and culture. - Background in fashion design or fine art strongly preferred. - Must be proficient in photoshop, excel, and social media platforms. - Comfortable thinking visually; exceptional research and communication skills. Buying Intern - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the buying department. - Support the buying team in consolidating, updating and organizing documents related to buying. - Assist the supervisor by helping to address the department’s administrative duties. - Day-to-day tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong interest in fashion. - Demonstrated interest in the department to which you are applying. - Must be available for a minimum of three months. Additionally, the internship cannot be extended beyond three months. - Must be available for a minimum of 2 days a week, maximum of 3 days a week. - Learns quickly, has a head for problem solving. - Must be comfortable working with Macs.
