callbacks.remove()

Remove a callback or a collection of callbacks from a callback list.

.callbacks.remove(callbacks)🡢 Callbacks

callbacks Function, ArrayA function, or array of functions, that are to be removed from the callback list.

This method returns the Callbacks object onto which it is attached (this).

Use callbacks.remove() to remove callbacks from a callback list:

var callbacks = $.Callbacks();

// Add the function "foo" to the list
callbacks.add(foo);

// Fire the items on the list
callbacks.fire("hello");

// Remove "foo" from the callback list
callbacks.remove(foo);

// Fire the items on the list again
callbacks.fire("world");

// Nothing output as "foo" is no longer in the list
