Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it. Was very fun to make it.

A pygame game, very nice. I wonder how you made the background? Did you do some numpy magic, import a gif? Maybe you used an opengl context to render the game? Either way pretty cool background.

Sure, i will check it out.

Woah, thanks for playing, glad you liked it so much :D

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Very glad you found it likeable.

Cool, i love the line telling you where your plane is.

Cool idea. Very chaotic is very hard to predict how a battle will go and also game begins to lag very fast as enemies group up into these indestructible orbs. Very nice submission, wish it was more balanced.

Very cool graphics, tho the voxel models look kinda out of place when compared to the highly defined player (which has a very cool shader btw). The shooting was kinda odd as i didnt know where my bullets would go when i fired. Overall cool game, wish it had some checkpoints.

Ahh, the fullscreen thing is unfortunate. What i ment is that when you press WASD it takes the character a long time to start moving at top speed, especiall if you are already moving and are making a turn. The floaty gravity is alright.

Cool, only real issue i had is that sometimes i would get very very slow but still be making progress, maybe you should have more of those healing pads scattered around.

The ending was beautiful, truly one of the entries. When the world shattered and the evil whale had its last laugh i couldn't help myself but shed a tear 😭

Cool game, puzzles are a bit simple and kind of a chore to finish because it takes very long to pump the water. Graphics are very very nice and the music was alright. Maybe you could try playing with like a limited water supply so that the puzzles are more interesting? Or make them have more components. Anyways, cool submission, i bet it's going to make the top 10.

Nice, good graphics (tho you can make them more consistent by making ui elements and the background also pixelart), controls are flawless, easily one of the best character controllers i have come across here. I don't understand how this game uses the prerequisite though and i am not sure if the part where you cant jump over the wall is the ending. Oh also there are some problems with english you might want to check out. Anyways very good submission, great job.

Cool, you can easily add a fullscreen button on your itch page for the web build in the settings.
Also you should make player acceleration faster because the movement feels pretty unresponsive.

Sure, I'll give it a go.

Ay, thanks for playing!

Thank you! We put a lot of work into polish :D

:D

Ayyy, i finally managed to make that web build after hours of recompling shaders (not fun), there is a crash upon resetting the game when you die, fps isnt the best and sometimes ships are oneshot for some reason, but i hope you will have fun regardless. Thank you for pushing me to make a web build, this is going to be very useful for me in the future.

Aw, that's a shame, im waiting for a response in the raylib discord server as i never used emscripten or anything related to webassembly. I'll try to solve the issue with their help, if i do i'll tell you.

Cool, interesting idea, cute execution, btw i tried exporting to web with emscripten but i am having some issues, i'll try my best to solve them though.

based

Oh alright, i'll see what i can do.

Sorry, i don't know how to compile for a different OS or how to use emiscripten and the deadline is over so i can not submit another build right now, unfortunately you are going to have to use an emulator like wine in order to play :(

Yeah this is a known bug, thanks for reporting. It happens because when you upgrade your ship and there are enemies targeting it, it technically gets deleted and a new one spawns which leaves the enemies targeting a dangling pointer that has some corrupt garbage for its value and the game crashes. Unfortunately i only found out about this after the deadline. Thanks for playing and im glad you liked it :)

Ayyy, thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it :>

Interesting, ill ask what my team members that experienced something similar did.

I see, this is probably an issue with your video drivers if the game just doesnt draw anything. You could try updating those if you think its worth the hassle.

Did you unzip the folder before running the executable?

Yooo thanks for playing. I got a pretty stripped down framework i made for games with raylib so i know it very well and if i hyperfocus i can get a lotta stuff implemented and also i didnt have to worry about the assets since we are a team. Very hard to balance jam games as usual because we playtested waaay tooo much lol. Anyways thanks again for checking out!

Dw, in my opinion figuring out a game is part of the fun, i usually play games that tell you nothing such as dont starve or noita.

Thank you so much for taking the time to check it out!

Thanks for playing, we're glad you enjoyed it.

Cool game, loved the consistent art. Was kinda confused on what was happening but i got it eventually.

Very cool and cozy concept, would be neat to see it being expanded upon.

Very interesting submission, i have a suggestion. When you make graphics for a game it's best to keep them in the same style, i see you have pixelart, vector art and 3d assets in the same scene and it would look much more consistent if it was just pixelart or just 3d. Anyways cool thingy and hope you had fun making it.

Thank you, the artist was very happy to hear this!

I like how the systems interract inthis one!!!
