For the robot dialogue question: yep that was a big inspiration! The idea was that our protagonist is struggling with if they’re anything more than what their teacher molded them into… and is coping with it with an artificial companion that is entirely molded by what they say.

What do I need to do to get the world to play your games, because the world needs to see them

My problems may still be there but I'm not!

Can't believe you stole my bit of doing a really long name Arthur

How did I not realize this was where ETG came from. Very late congrats!

The fast ones?! That's insane, we had no idea that was even close to possible!

Oh gosh

Great game :)

I really love how clean the fire animation is! I always struggle with that kind of stuff but you knocked it out of the park. I only wish there were some reason not to set areas on fire, like maybe you take fire damage yourself after a second, so that you had to think more about where you set flames.

That storybook opening is very well made, and game is some arcade fun. Looking forward to whatever you all make next.

Really enjoyed it! Would have liked a more gradual introduction of elements but with time constraints this obviously makes more sense.

The sequel to the password game :). Really had fun with this!

I think this is your first game judging on the itch page: keep going! Also that end screen was adorable.

Incredibly clever and feature complete for a jam entry. As I'm sure you know the indicator of where your ball will go when bounced is... inaccurate, but hardly ruins the fun!

For (what seems like) early in your game maker career: a solid game loop! Liked all the different unit types.

So dang adorable

Only would've liked more, a good sign :)

A good multiplayer experience (something that unfortunately won't get as much attention as it deserves due to the nature of an online jam) but would've loved more clear landmarks or something more proactive than just running around for the two different players.

what's there is good, if you finish it let me know!

So few games manage to make a lot of content in 48 hrs, I'm blown away how many you made!

Really fun, with a few balance tweaks I'd just keep playing

Super solid visual style! Enjoyed it a lot.

Very fun way to present a stealth game, and true to life, anyway I'm back to the video game mines.

This game reminds me a lot of this game: https://neal.fun/absurd-trolley-problems/

I liked that game and I like this one! Good job.

I wish the leveling up moved faster! For the first 50 balls the middle lane is kinda useless, but after you start getting doubles it ups the strategy so much. I could see kid me playing this for hours, great entry!

Can't say anything that hasn't been said. This is a video game I'd just play normally.

Thank you so much, Tama-Get-Out might be our favorite game of the jam so that's amazing to hear!

Would have liked a bit of slow down when you die so I could see what killed me, as right now the game is very confusing at first. That said great job!

HOW. ON EARTH. IN 48 HOURS. DID YOU MAKE THIS?!

Quite a fun game, had a great time. Only wish that there were some greater limits on the freeze thing.

Roping someone from their desk to play this; after two rounds already feels like we're on the rocks 😆. Great game.

Today I learned: I'm bad at rigging cards

I think this idea was a lot of folks' first when they heard the theme, but this entry really stands out with the subtle humor. Namely the animation of the human adds a lot to the arcade fun.

It might just be that I'm bad at keyboard but I keep pressing r when I meant e and reseting the level. Thankfully that's my only major issue. Great game!

This jam has seen a lot of "this game but you play the bad guys", yet there's only a few where the developers seem to reveal a hidden other game that's been there all along. This is definitely in that camp!

Art style reminds me a lot of Butterscotch Shenanigans'! Obviously not a deep game, but a well made and enjoyable 5 minutes. Good job!

This game is super well made and entertaining (especially with the narration) but man am I bad at it!

I love how, unlike a lot of other snake games this jam, your entry retains the natural increasing difficulty of the ever lengthening snake. Well done.

I see you, rogue Nitrome Employee! But genuinely this game is insanely polished, only thing I'd want is something more proactive to do as a player (since there's lot of waiting).
