Super cool game! Feels super polished. I really like how the dog rescues you when you die, and how you slowly introduce the new mechanics. Did you make the water shader yourself? It looks super cool too!
I play it until the end, I really like this kind of games, nice water effect.
Lovely game. Really had me engaged until the end. I just wanted to know what I would unlock more and what else would be there.
I think it may also be caused by the cute dog barking ... that just made me smile every time.
And I love how you made a metrovanian, but without all the searching what direction you needed to go. It was just pretty linear - so it was easier to know what to do.
The haunting ghost-like enemies killed me a bunch of times ... but for the rest it was pretty chill game.
And the music was just perfect. The relaxing music above the water and the muted music below ... very well done.
Only thing I had trouble with was at the beginning ... I had no idea where to go ... so I almost quit because I figured you just had so little time that you could only add a house and the outside. It was more a desperate move that I jumped into the water - expecting to die ^^
And last but not least, the final unlockable (won't spoil it for anyone) really but a big smile on my face.
Great work!
This is a great game! Beautiful, strong visuals overall: great use of color and effects clever way to manage an inventory. Puzzles were maybe a bit too simple, I tried everything once and got it in one go, only once accidentally landing on spikes.
I'm also not convinced I know what the boots did? Did assume that the bottom unlock was only unlockable without oxygen, and the hookshot was fairly OP in terms of spamming/movement.
Nitpicking because the execution was fantastic, well done!
This is a very cute little game. I love how you made the dog, with his moving tail and little heath.
The opening of the game is really really beautiful. the combination of the music and the rain effects. very nice.
(I was wondering how you made the waving line at the beginning of the game? is the an construct 3 specific thing? or some smart piece of math?)
cool game, the idea of a medieval rhythm combat game just cracks me up. I feel like this idea has a lot of potential and could be really fun if developed further.
Such a stylish and moody game. Such a great entry. Only complaint is that you can't pet the dog :(
Thanks a lot! Yes the end is the weak part I hope I could have polished it more, pet the dog would clearly be the climax of the game xD
That was super nice \o/ Just as hard as it needed (for me at least), great atmosphere (although not sure if music stopping after the first death is a feature or a bug?). The controls felt weird at first but I got used to them quickly and didn't die That many times :D
And also very good quest for a very good boy.
Thanks a lot!
You are the second one reporting the music issue, I never had it maybe it's HTML5 specific.. :-/
and congratz for not dying that many times ^^
this game made me say, wow this game so good 5/5
Thanks a lot! =)
beautiful all over, great water effects. Liked how it handled in the water and the hook too. Played till the end, wish there was more!
Thanks a lot for your feedback! I rushed a lot at the end, particulary the level design ^^'
What a gorgeous game! Everything has been so well done. Probably the best submission I've seen so far.
Wow that is super kind comment thanks a lot I'm glad you enjoyed !!
This game is perfect i liked so much! The visual effect and the music works perfectly
Thanks for playing it! I actually found the music before doing the game so the gameplay got oriented a lot by the music ;)
I loved this. A very contemplative game and really elevates the asset kit. Great use of visual effects too! Didn't feel rushed to me at all besides being short, but it still gets the message across. Great job!
