I am from Mexico City, where I also live. I studied piano in college, and mainly teach and perform. I have recently become more involved with IMSLP; I consider it a very valuable and useful tool to have as musicians.
Schubert is my favorite composer and one of my hobbies has been collecting audio versions of as much of his music as possible, as well as scores to his compositions. Upon embarking on this personal project, I realized that an important number of his works were not yet available in IMSLP. As such, I am currently adding to the website many of these missing works by uploading them from the public domain portion of the Neue Schubert-Ausgabe, among other editions. The long-term goal is to provide the IMSLP community with as many of his works as possible.
Other composers I very much enjoy include Bach, Handel, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Schumann, Mahler, Shostakovich, Scriabin, Medtner and Ravel.
