Draft: Add LIMITs and "other" in O(N) reports (#516)

Issue: #516

Added an “other” group to aggregate data outside the top results, maintaining observability without losing key insights.

Metrics:

• L001 - table_sizes
• F004 - heap_bloat
• F005 - index_bloat
• K001/K002/K003 - query_analysis
