Translate remaining Chinese articles: lingfeng.md and shath-yar.md to English

This PR completes the translation work requested in issue #46 by translating the two remaining Chinese articles that were left untranslated in PR #47.

Translated Articles

lingfeng.md (118 lines): Academic analysis of the literary work "Lingfeng's Love Story and Kendo Club" focusing on grammatical features and the literary pursuit of "writing with feeling." This complex academic paper analyzes the special usage of Chinese grammatical elements (感觉 "feeling" and 你 "you") in contemporary Chinese literature.

shath-yar.md (328 lines): Technical documentation of the Shath'Yar language from World of Warcraft, including comprehensive grammar analysis, vocabulary tables, and translation exercises. This linguistic study covers morphology, syntax, and provides practical examples of the constructed language.

Translation Approach

Both translations maintain the original academic and technical rigor while ensuring accessibility for English readers:

• Preserved all markdown formatting, code blocks, and structural elements
• Maintained academic terminology and linguistic precision
• Kept Chinese characters in parentheses where contextually important for understanding
• Preserved all quotations, examples, and bibliographic references
• Ensured consistent tone appropriate to each document's academic nature

The translations complete the work from PR #47, bringing the total translated articles in the dapi directory from 16/20 to 18/20, addressing the specific request from @weakish to translate these highly specialized academic texts.
