Allows extraction of a complete CIF database in SQL, and in various languages from http://apps.who.int/classifications/icfbrowser/Default.aspx

Put your database settings at the top of the file and then just run php CifExtractor.php.

If you want different languages, go on to http://apps.who.int/classifications/icfbrowser/Default.aspx, choose the language you want, copy the request cookie and use it in the configuration. Don't forget to change the language accordingly.
