Menu Timer is basically a simple mac app timer like an egg timer. You can directly drag it's menu icon to adjust the time.

Since the app is not signed you have to manually set time Notification Type in Settings > Notifications to Alerts for the MenuTimer App. With that option activated you can snooze, also the notification is sticky.
