	The webDevelopJS project aims at the following purposes:
   
	1. long-term viewpoint
		develop a long-term viewpoint structure for Philillinux website-base service.		
	2. technology focus
		based on Node.js and javascript language, 
		including most javascript-related resources, such as express.js, ember.js, angular.js, etc		
	3. development philosophy
		base-on the chinese ancient knowledge, I-ching
