Please describe what your PR is adding in terms of features or bugfixes:
CI improvement:
The newly developed
mctest --comp=COMPfeature allows to filter the test runs by component usage, i.e. test only instruments that includeCOMP.This PR enables the CI to apply this feature for testing changed components.
(This should allow Windows tests to run also in case of many changed components -> lead to xargs/shell crashing earlier)
