This is an example app to showcase how to scan for nearby bluetooth devices and keep track of them and their RSSI using 
ionic framework, vue.js and capacitor. At the point of writing (Jan 2021), documentation on ionic+vue was somewhat 
lacking, so i figured that this could be of use for some people.
