Added Sections using updated L4 code for the phpEngine. Copy/pasted the blade portion of Sections from the L3 docs.

The section syntax is already described, just not with the same examples, just beneath the text you added. The non-blade versions aren't there though. Maybe incorporating the new parts into the existing text would be better? |

I prefer to just document the Blade usage as that is the primary use case. |
