The existing COC link points to a page that says "click here for the new link". This PR updates the content of the template to point directly to the correct (CNCF) code of conduct.

I believe the idea was to make sure that the CoC at k/community acts as the authoritative source for all repos in the Kubernetes org. Ref kubernetes/community#1527, #13.
This should not have been merged, @nikhita is correct that this very intentionally redirects all repos to kubernetes/community, leaving kubernetes/community as the sole place for us to update our CoC if we so choose. It happens to be pointed at the CNCF CoC today but it may not always be that way. |
